Refund policy

  • Return Eligibility: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return Timeframe: 7 DAYS from the delivery date
  • Refund Process: After receiving the returned product, refunds are processed within 24 hrs
  • Exchange Options: Exchanges allowed for same product only
  • Damaged/Defective Products: Contact us immediately at info@farmato.in with photos; we will arrange replacement
  • Non-returnable Items: Opened, used, or perishable products cannot be returned
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. However, if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Farmato will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a pickup.
